PS Plus November 2024 FREE PS4, PS5 games predictions – Prince of Persia, Lords of Fallen | Gaming | Entertainment

Sony will reveal the new PS Plus Essentials on Wednesday, October 30 at 4.30pm GMT. The free PS4 and PS5 games will be available to download and play the following week, on the morning of November 5.

While fans have a pretty good idea about what to expect from the PS Plus Premium line-up for the coming months, the next wave of PlayStation Plus Essentials remain a mystery.

Needless to say, this has led to speculation about which games will join PS Plus in the coming weeks.

While it could be wishful thinking, one game that crops up multiple times in the predictions list is well received Soulslike Lords of the Fallen.

Indeed, in the monthly predictions thread over on Reddit, multiple users believe Lords of the Fallen will join the PS Plus line-up on November 5.

The action RPG features punishing combat, epic boss battles and a secondary, spectral realm.

Another game with lots of picks is Ubisoft platformer Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, which impressed critics when it launched earlier this year.

While the Metroidvania-style platform game isn’t one of Ubisoft’s full-priced releases, the fact that it launched in 2024 makes me think it might be too soon for PS Plus.

More realistically, I could see other popular picks like Forspoken, Hades, Atomic Heart and Suicide Squad join the line-up.

There are a ton of picks for Sonic Frontiers or Sonic Superstars, although the recent release of Sonic X Shadow Generations could put a spanner in the works.

Resident Evil Village continues to appear multiple times in the monthly predictions thread, alongside fellow horror titles Signalis, The Outlas Trials, Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Tormented Souls.

Elsewhere, some fans believe Viewfinder will finally make an appearance, others think Terminator Resistance could join PlayStation Plus and some predict Robocop Rogue City will be added to the service.

Other predictions include Asterix & Obelix XXL 2, The Stanley Parable, Construction Simulator, Stray, The Quarry and Subnautica – Below Zero.

One of the more intriguing predictions is for co-op game It Takes Two, which would make a brilliant addition to PS Plus, especially with the co-op multiplayer element.

“Embark on the craziest journey of your life in It Takes Two, a genre-bending platform adventure created purely for co-op,” reads the official description. “Invite a friend to join for free with Friend’s Pass and work together across a huge variety of gleefully disruptive gameplay challenges.

“Master unique and connected character abilities in every new level. Help each other through unexpected obstacles and laugh-out-loud moments. Embrace the heartfelt story of a fractured relationship.”

As a reminder, existing subscribers have until November 5 to download the current batch of games, including WWE 2K24, Dead Space and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!
