Morning commutes could be thrown into chaos this morning after smash on the M25.

There is a lane closure on the M25 anti-clockwise at J26 after a road traffic collision.

Reports of a crash came in at around 6.10am this morning (Friday, 31 January) with one lane out of four closed as a result.

There are five-mile queues from the crash site on the anticlockwise side before Junction 27 for the M11.

Queues stretch back through the Bell Common Tunnel after traffic was held for 15 minutes at Waltham Abbey in the roadworks area, traffic analyst service Inrix reports.
