Epstein ‘was trained as a spy for Israel’, FBI documents claim | World | News
Jeffrey Epstein was trained as a spy under an Israeli Prime Minister, unclassified FBI documents claim. Newly unearthed documents obtained from the FBI and released by the Department of Justice (DoJ) show a classified document discussing Epstein’s relationship with âUS and allied intelligence servicesâ.
The source of the disgraced financierâs wealth has long been speculated upon, with little known about the origin of his fortune. Some have speculated that Epsteinâs wealth might at least in part have been as a result of work with foreign intelligence services. The document from 2020 reads: âJeffrey Epstein was represented by (Alan) Dershowitz.
âCHS (confidential human source) remembered Dershowitz tell Alex Acosta (U.S. Attorney of Southern District of Florida at the time) that Epstein belonged to both U.S. and allied intelligence services.â
Alan Dershowitz was a Harvard Law Professor who the document says âinfluenced many students from wealthy familiesâ, including Jared Kushner who is the son in law of Donald Trump.
The document continues: âCHS shared phone calls between Dershowitz and Epstein during which he/she took notes.
âAfter these calls, Mossad would then call Dershowitz to debrief. Epstein was close to the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak and trained as a spy under him.
âBarak believed Netanyahu was a criminal. Saudi Arabia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are allied against Qatar, Turkey, Iran and Syria. One of CHSâs ______ (who presumably worked ______) asked CHS a lot of questions about Epstein.
âCHS became convinced that Epstein was a co-opted Mossad Agent (see previous reporting).â
On Friday, the DoJ released around 3 million documents related to the paedophile financier, with his links to an array of high-profile, rich and influential people laid bare, including elites in Israel.
Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak was captured on audio discussing business dealings with Epstein as well as ways in which former political figures to make money after leaving office.
The document is unverified and the Daily Express is unable to confirm its authenticity.
However, the documentâs inclusion in the files does show that the possibility of Epstein colluding with foreign intelligence services was discussed by US authorities.
